Meet Your Instructor

I'm so excited you're here! My name is Taylor Deloye and I have a passion for coaching and teaching and have been coaching both sales people and Customer Success Managers for over a decade. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Customer Experience Management (CXM).

As a people leader and hiring manager in Customer Success, I've managed more than 50 high-performing people across a variety of tech companies. I've had the opportunity to lead Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and Technical Support Teams. 

In the courses I've designed, I've been able to include Master's-level topics not taught in Corporate America.
